CLASSIFIED POSITIONS
Hillsboro USD 410 is accepting applications for the following:
Custodians for school buildings
Full-time, 40 hour per week year-round position
Responsible to keep classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, lunchrooms and the rest of the building in clean, orderly condition
Duties are to sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, remove trash and other duties as assigned
Starting pay $13.00 per hour
Marion County Parents as Teachers has part-time positions open for parent educators. The candidates we’re looking for should have
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 60 hours of college credit
Self-directed, motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to relate to a diverse group of parents
Experience in child rearing and/or working with infants through preschool age children
Knowledge of and connections to county resources
Starting pay $18.40 per hour, commensurate with degree and experience
Flexible schedules, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.
Start date, July 17, 2023
Parents as Teachers is a parent education/home visitor program for children birth to 3, and their families. Services will be countywide. Applicants will need to attend two weeks of virtual PAT training.
All starting wages are subject to potential increase after July 1, 2023.
All positions above include health insurance benefit, paid personal, sick and vacation leave, paid holidays and retirement benefit provided.
Route Drivers for the 2023-2024 school year.
Route Times: Morning from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. / afternoons from 2:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Responsibilities include transporting students to and from school, daily sanitation of buses, and attending monthly safety meetings
Starting pay $17.65 per hour
CDL and other necessary training provided
Route driver positions include health insurance benefit, paid personal and sick leave, paid holidays and retirement benefit provided.
