Congratulations to Anthony Fickes and Karley Loewen for being selected as students of the month for March.
Anthony is the son of Vicki Fickes and Edward Fickes. He is a junior at Hillsboro High school and his favorite subject is math. He enjoys spending time outside. At school, he is on the wrestling team and wrestled at the state tournament this year. An interesting fact is that he has been wrestling for 11 years. wrestling
Karley is the daughter of Rich and Pam Loewen. She is a senior whose favorite subject is also math. Her hobbies include going to the lake, traveling to new places, and hanging out with friends. At school, she is involved in cheer, track & field, NHS, FFA, and GAP club. An interesting fact about Karley is she is left-handed. After graduation, she plans to attend either McPherson College or Washburn University to major in exercise science and eventually become a physical therapist.
