As the autumn leaves begin to fall, Hillsboro is honoring the student athletes who have spent the last four years giving everything to their programs. Fall Senior Nights are officially underway, starting with the volleyball team celebrating its seniors Mackenzie D’Albini, Daisy Klein, and Amyah Werth on October 6th before their match. The cross country team is also honoring its lone senior, Riley Richert, alongside the volleyball team.
The football team will host its Senior Night together with the cheer and tennis teams on October 23rd before their game, recognizing Preston D’Albini, Peter Farha, Zayne Haslett, Braxton Hiebert, Jackson Kleiber, Jaeten Loewen, James Moore, Nate Oelke, and Talon Regier. The tennis team's seniors are Emma Bartel, Abby Beavers, Hailey Gilkey, Ruthie Paulus, and Brooklyn Thiessen, while the cheer seniors include Dillyn Baker, Chloe Dirks, Austyn Driggers, Rylie Hein, and Pyper Hiebert.
