Congratulations to Adrian Unruh and Katie Rempel who were selected as students of the month for January.
Adrian is the son of Tim and Alissa Unruh and is a junior at Hillsboro High School. His favorite subject is art/project management. Some of Adrian’s hobbies are drawing, listening to music, taking pictures, and spending time at Rhubarb Market. He helps with hair and makeup for musicals and the spring play, is in band and choir, and participates in the HHS cheer squad and youth group at HMBC. An Interesting fact about Adrian is that he was born on Easter.
Katie, a senior at Hillsboro High School, is the daughter of Robert and Sara Rempel. Her favorite subject is English. Katie’s hobbies include kayaking, biking, playing piano and ukulele, thrifting, watching movies, and traveling. She is involved in tennis, the swim team, SNC, StuCo, NHS, HMBC youth group, and the musical. An interesting fact about Katie is that she made a chai tea rating/review list for every chai tea she’s tried.
