Monday, August 10, the USD 410 School Board will be approving the 2020-21 Return to School Plan. This plan includes giving students an option of face to face learning, or remote learning (with USD 410 teachers directing the learning) or the TEEN virtual school (Grades 6 – 12). Tuesday, August 11, the Board of Education approved Return to School Plan will be posted on our USD 410 website (www.usd410.net). A link to the approved plan will be emailed to our families. Wednesday, August 12, parents will receive a survey to choose which plan they would like to have their student(s) participate in. To allow time to read through the plan and discuss this with your families and make an informed decision, the survey will be available until Wednesday, August 19. Student Enrollment will also remain open until August 19. Please complete both your enrollment and survey by August 19 or sooner.

Good evening, This is Max Heinrichs Superintendent USD 410 Just a reminder that enrollment for the 2020-21 school year has started. You will need to login to your Skyward Family Access to complete to complete your children’s enrollment. If you need help with your login, please contact your child’s school office. The deadline to complete enrollment is midnight on Sunday, August 9. Monday, August 10, the USD 410 School board will be discussing the two types of learning models possible for your child. This information will be out to you soon after the Board Meeting for you to review and choose your option. Neither option will be binding. I know that you have many questions about how this school year will look and feel and plan to give you more answers in the very near future. This is a reminder that the Hillsboro Hospital will be opening up their Clinic from 5-8 pm on August 3 and 10 for USD 410 grades 7-12 sport physicals. See the website or Facebook page for full details. If you know of someone new to the district, please pass this information on to them. If you have already completed your physical, please bring it by the HMHS office before August 14.

Starting Monday, June 22, girls entering 7th and 8th grade this Fall will be having their weight room session moved to 9:30-10:30 am on Monday's, Tuesday's, and Thursday's. Wednesdays will still stay the same. We are doing this to help reduce the number of kids inside the weight room at one time. Attendance has been really good this summer and we want that to continue.
